Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of migraine. It prevents pain signals to reach the brain to reduce pain. Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of medicines that helps prevent migraine by changing the way that your nerves receive pain signals. It also blocks the action of chemicals in the body that can make you feel or be sick. This treats as well as prevents nausea or vomiting effectively. By preventing and reducing the frequency of headaches, it can help you carry out your daily activities and have a better quality of life. Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet can only decrease the number and severity of attacks but may not completely stop them.

Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. You should tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that your doctor can prescribe a suitable dose for you.
How should I use this medicine?
Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.

- It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet.
- Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
- Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
- Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

What if I missed a dose?
If you miss a dose of Dompar 10mg/325mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
What should I watch for while using this medicine?
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
